Since I last blogged, we've been to Colorado and back, went to our monthly Midwife appointment, gotten approved for my FMLA leave, worked 50 hour weeks, and decided on her name- Miss Quinn Chabot Staublin. Why is summertime always so busy? Why can't we all just lay around on a beach, read fiction novels, and eat excellent meals?
I'm feeling the need to do a massive cleaning/throwing away session in anticipation for la nina. I'm trying to keep this irrational need to plan under control. I'm sure Justin lives in fear of my next great idea.
We are going to register in the next week or so. I'm curious if any mamas would contribute to my Must Have or Don't Buy lists?
Anywho, pregnancy goes on. We've packed on 14 pounds of baby, blood, fluid, fat and yes, placenta. My only complaint is nose bleeds. Really?! Thankfully, my lower back has not ached that much. To that, I would like to thank the snoogle, long walks, yoga, and Justin Jeffrey's massage skills.
