16 Weeks Pregnant!
Our last midwife appointment went well. I'm very thankful for the time she spends with us. I found out the hospital allows women laboring to move and walk as they want. As many of you know this can/could be a major source of conflict. Also, I received the results from my blood testing. Excellent news- I am NOT anemic! Usually I am. Thank you, spinach and prenatal vitamins!
We also heard the heartbeat again. My midwife is predicting a girl because she can find the heartbeat easily. In her experience boy's heartbeats are tricky to pinpoint. Personally, I'm not about to guess. We will find out the gender in 3 short weeks. For those of you predicting twins we will know then as well.
When people ask me whether I want a boy or a girl I say, "I don't care. I’m just hoping for dimples!"
Well I haven't noticed one sex being harder to find then the other. I am glad she is spending time with you ... and walking and moving about is a must for labor. YES, YES, YES. You look wonderful.... a strong Slovak woman!
